PRICE UPDATE & BOOKING POLICY CHANGES

EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 23, 2026

Due to a significant increase in demand, my prices will be increasing on October 23, 2026. My goal is to keep my schedule manageable so that my clients can continue booking appointments within 1–2 weeks, rather than having to wait longer to get in.

Appointments booked before October 23 will be honored at the original price. The new pricing will only apply to appointments booked on or after that date.

Beginning October 23, a valid card on file will be required when booking through my website. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking, but it may be charged in accordance with my cancellation and no-show policy. If you prefer not to save a card, please reach out to me directly before booking to arrange an alternative payment method.

I'm incredibly grateful for the support you've shown me and my business. I genuinely couldn't do this without you. I'm committed to continually improving my haircutting skills and the overall experience I provide, so that every visit is worth your time and investment.

My studio is inside Phenix Salon Suites. Enter the building, walk to the back, and look for Suite 116. That’s where you’ll find me.

No Show/Late Cancellation Policies:

When you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you. As an independent barber, this is how I provide for my family, and each appointment represents time I have set aside specifically for you. Last-minute cancellations leave limited opportunity to offer that time to another client. Thank you for respecting my time, my business, and my family's livelihood.

PREFER NOT TO SAVE A CARD?

If you're uncomfortable providing your card information through Acuity, please reach out to me directly before booking. I'm happy to arrange an alternative payment method, such as Venmo or Zelle. Prepayment is required to secure your appointment through an alternative payment method.

CANCELLATION POLICY

24+ hours' notice: No cancellation fee.
2–24 hours' notice: A fee of 50% of the scheduled service price may be charged.
Less than 2 hours' notice: A fee of 100% of the scheduled service price may be charged.
No-shows: A fee of 100% of the scheduled service price may be charged.

CARD ON FILE & FEE AUTHORIZATION

A valid card on file is required to reserve appointments booked through Acuity. Your card will not be charged for the service at the time of booking, but may be charged according to the policy above if you cancel late or fail to attend your appointment.

By agreeing to this policy, you authorize Barbering by Ethan to charge your card for applicable late-cancellation or no-show fees as outlined above.

UNEXPECTED CIRCUMSTANCES

I understand that unexpected situations can arise, including circumstances outside your control. However, last-minute cancellations may still be subject to the fees outlined above, even in these situations. Any exceptions or fee waivers are made at my discretion.

FAILED PAYMENTS & OUTSTANDING BALANCES

If an applicable cancellation or no-show fee cannot be processed, including due to insufficient funds or a declined card, your ability to book future appointments may be restricted until the outstanding balance is paid in full. If a payment fails due to a technical error, I'll work with you to resolve the issue.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and no-show policy, including the applicable fees and payment authorization.

About Ethan

I’m Ethan, a passionate barber who fell in love with the artistry of hair at a young age. What sets me apart is my deep understanding of how hair works and how it affects a person’s overall image. I specialize in scissor cutting—something not many barbers are well educated on—I have invested significant time and money into learning advanced techniques, allowing me to work with a variety of styles, lengths, and textures. In today’s world, where many hairstyles blend both barbering and hairdressing techniques, I’m here to bridge that gap and create the perfect look for you.

I love helping my clients feel more confident by giving them a great haircut and teaching them how to style it to perfection. Every day is an opportunity to improve, and I’m always pushing myself to get better at my craft.

I aim to create a laid-back, relaxing vibe in my space. Whether you want to chat or just enjoy some peaceful silence, I’m flexible—your comfort is my priority.

I’m a perfectionist at heart, and I won’t let anyone leave my chair until I’m completely satisfied with the result. If it’s not perfect the first time, I’ll work with you until we get it right.

Originally from Dallas, Texas, I’ve always been creative. After taking an interest in style and hair in my teenage years, I knew this was the path I was meant to follow. Outside of work, Now, as a proud husband and father, my family inspires me every day to work hard and pursue excellence in everything I do.
